A nice and easy training day today. Only windmills.
Diet:
BF: quinoa puffs, oats, rye flakes, goji fruits, almond milk
Snack: walnuts, raisins
Lunch: hummus with rye crackers, rye bread with sardines, rye bread with salmon, yogurt with fig paste and hazelnut paste
Dinner: salad with cottage cheese, tomato, sunflower seeds, chicken breast, rice, and lentils

Looking good!! I struggled throughout with the press ups. I couldn't do 40 straight off if I was fresh - let alone after 40 minutes of frying my arms!!
ReplyDeleteEven for the final sessions I was still having to break them into sets of 10 or 20 to complete them!!
