Day 9 -English

Today's workout felt like a warmup compared to yesterday's. Just back and core. I only managed 4 chinups. Hopefully by the end of this program I'll be able to do more. Could be also because my biceps are shot from yesterday. Did go up to 16kg (32lbs) for windmills. :)

Diet:
BF: yogurt, mandarine
Snack: raisins, mandarine, walnuts
Lunch: Awesome rye bread (Reissumies!) sandwich with turkey breast, avocado, lettuce, tomato, and olive paste; red bell pepper
Snack: rice cakes with almond paste, hazelnut paste, fig paste, and chestnut paste. Yum.
Dinner: salad with tuna; yummy white fish; yogurt with chestnut paste
